What is roasted broccoli?

With oven-roasted broccoli, you get a satisfying slight crunchy texture to the florets. And unlike boiling or steaming, the broccoli tends to keep its firmness.

What other variations of oven-roasted broccoli can you make?

Once you’ve fallen in love with roasted broccoli you might want to adapt the recipe with other flavours to add some interest to your vegetable side dishes. Favourites include garlic, lemon, and parmesan broccoli.

You could also experiment with using the same technique on cauliflower.
