OVEN ROASTED BROCCOLI (SERVES 4)
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 heads of Broccoli, florets removed
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Large pinch of Sea Salt Flakes
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180C (fan), prepare the broccoli florets and tip into a large bowl along with the vegetable oil and salt. Toss together and tip onto a baking tray covered in foil.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until the florets start to turn golden.
- Serve immediately.
