OVEN ROASTED BROCCOLI (SERVES 4)
1-2 heads of Broccoli, florets removed
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Large pinch of Sea Salt Flakes
Preheat the oven to 180C (fan), prepare the broccoli florets and tip into a large bowl along with the vegetable oil and salt. Toss together and tip onto a baking tray covered in foil.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until the florets start to turn golden.
