OVEN ROASTED BROCCOLI (SERVES 4)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 heads of Broccoli, florets removed
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Large pinch of Sea Salt Flakes

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C (fan), prepare the broccoli florets and tip into a large bowl along with the vegetable oil and salt. Toss together and tip onto a baking tray covered in foil.
  2. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until the florets start to turn golden.
  3. Serve immediately.
